The Sunshine Coast has a wealth of attractions both man-made and natural golden beaches, rivers, .beautiful rainforests and breathtaking vistas from the Blackall Range We are situated in a fabulous position right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore, which is 60 minutes north of Brisbane, and is the place that anchors the economic and cultural identity of the Sunshine Coast that has the ebb and flow of the River and sea with the energy and spirit of many people past, present and future. Maroochy or Marutchi in Aboriginal means ‘Red Bill’  Behind the beaches you will find a wealth of attractions, quaint villages such as Montville, Maleny and Buderim. Explore Buderim Forest Park, (See Picture.) Maroochy Botanic Gardens, Noosa’s National Park, Hastings Street and the beautiful Noosa River. Stare in wonder at the majestic Glasshouse Mountains by driving up to the lookout for the most spectacular views. Visit an old pub in one of the interesting country towns or picnic in one of the many parks in the area. Visit the art galleries, gift shops and many food outlets. There are many local wineries and a cheese factory to enjoy. With an AAA Tourism rating of 3½ stars, we are very proud of our 16 beautifully appointed refurbished units. We have it all, within walking distance. Through our back gate to a wonderful small beach on the river esplanade, which has a jetty (see picture). You can swim or fish or just sit on the bench, read, take in the beautiful views, pelicans, herons, cormorants, sandpipers and our own osprey eagles. We have a list of bird routes and sightings in the Maroochy Shire. Through our back gate to Post Office, Chemist, Doctor, Hairdresser, Newsagency, Information Centre and a very large Woolworths. Restaurants, bars, bistros and takeaways, Maroochydore RSL, Swan Bowls Club and several Surf Clubs in the immediate area (free bus services) Home to the coast’s biggest shopping venue: Sunshine Plaza.  Accommodation is available for one to five guests, offering Studio, Honeymoon, Executive, Garden and Family Units, all nicely appointed, clean and comfortable and all are equipped with kitchenettes, reverse cycle air-conditioning, electric jug, toaster, fridge and microwave. All units are situated on the ground floor and they have a hand rail in all bathrooms.Coin operated washing machine and dryer available. Internet access, parking outside unit.
